D'Grande Hotel Batam, Batam

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had a very bad wifi connection, but the King-size bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked well. The service was great with attentive room service and housekeeping. Although the location was convenient in the central area, it was a bit far from the malls. The hotel was very close to the mosque, which was a plus.
